1. Agreement

By using https://0admin.co.uk(the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy.

0Admin(“we”, “us”) is the provider of the Site and services described here. Contact: hello@0admin.co.uk.

2. Services

The Site offers:

• A free AI consultation (text or voice) to explore automation opportunities
• A paid Systems & Automation Analysis (£995 + VAT, one-time, ex VAT) booked online
• Contact and callback requests submitted via on-screen forms

Marketing copy on the Site describes typical outcomes; your results will depend on your business context. Implementation work is quoted separately after the analysis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. AI consultation disclaimer

The AI assistant provides general information and ideas only. It is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, tax, or otherwise) or for the paid engineer-led analysis. Do not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for business decisions.

You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before acting on it or sharing it internally.

4. Bookings and payment

When you book the Systems & Automation Analysis, you select a start date/time and pay via Stripe checkout. A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Unpaid holds expire after the period shown at checkout.

Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is calculated at checkout where applicable. Your contract for the analysis is with 0Admin.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and booking information
• Use the Site lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it
• Not submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content through forms or the AI assistant
• Give reasonable access and information during a booked analysis session so we can deliver the service

6. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we create for you under a paid engagement are subject to separate agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, deliverables from the paid analysis (reports, diagrams, recommendations) are licensed to you for internal business use once paid in full.

You retain ownership of information you provide to us.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages (hosting, AI, payments), or force majeure may cause downtime. We will use reasonable efforts to restore service.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of the Site or free AI consultation. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid analysis booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you qualify as a consumer.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
