0Admin (0Admin) operates https://0admin.co.uk. We provide business automation and AI consultancy services, including a free on-site AI consultation and paid engineer-led analysis sessions.

2. What data we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Contact details — name, work email, company name, and optional phone number when you submit a form, book a session, or ask us to follow up.
- Consultation content — messages you send to our AI assistant (text or voice transcripts), consultation summaries, and notes linked to your session.
- Booking and payment data — chosen session time, booking status, and payment confirmation. Card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data — a pseudonymous session identifier stored in a cookie (see Cookies), and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and debugging.
3. How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- Provide the AI consultation and respond to your questions
- Process bookings and take payment for the Systems & Automation Analysis
- Send transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, summaries)
- Follow up on callback or contact requests
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve our services
Our legal bases under UK GDPR include: contract (when you book a paid service), legitimate interests (operating the site, securing sessions, following up on enquiries), and consent where we ask for it explicitly.
4. AI processing
Conversations with our AI assistant are processed using third-party AI services (OpenAI) to generate responses. Do not share special category data (health, financial account numbers, etc.) or confidential third-party information in the chat unless necessary and appropriate.

5. Who we share data with
We use trusted processors to run the site. They process data only on our instructions:
- Supabase — database hosting (sessions, leads, bookings, messages)
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- OpenAI — AI chat and voice processing
- Hosting provider — where this website is deployed
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed:
- Active consultation sessions and messages — typically up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
- Leads and booking records — up to 6 years where needed for accounting, tax, or legal claims
- Unpaid booking holds — until the slot expires or the booking is completed/cancelled
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request erasure in certain circumstances
- Restrict or object to processing in certain circumstances
- Data portability where applicable
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. International transfers
